• We follow USDA National Organic Program (NOP) standards, and will be eligible for certification in 2022.

• We practice no-till farming techniques that improve soil health, conserve water, reduce erosion, eliminate fossil fuel emissions and sequester carbon.

• We support the Safe Seed Initiative and pledge we do not knowingly buy or grow genetically engineered seeds or plants.

• Because farm workers deserve fair wages, we never pay ours less than Colorado's Minimum Wage ($12/hr effective January 1, 2020).
