Sweet, refreshing and yummy springtime salad.
Ingredients
- 2 5-oz bags Tasty Acres Spinach, rinsed & torn into bite-sized pieces
- 4 C sliced, fresh strawberries
- 1/2 C Vegetable oil
- 1/4 C White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 C White Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 2 TBS Sesame Seeds
- 1 TBS Poppy Seeds
Directions
- Step 1 In large bowl toss spinach and strawberries. In medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, paprika, sesame seeds and poppy seeds. Pour dressing over spinach and strawberries and toss to coat.
