A quick and easy recipe for our farm fresh arugula.
Ingredients
- 5 oz Tasty Acres Arugula
- 1/2 lemon (juiced, seeded & zested)
- 3-4 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil (the best, freshest you can find)
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Step 1 Mix lemon juice and zest with olive oil, salt and pepper and pour over arugula. Toss to combine.
