Arugula- (4" - 6" full-sized leaves)-  an organic salad variety with tender, light green leaves & a nice peppery zing.

 

 

Baby Golden Beets- Bright yellow 2"-4" diameter beets with a sweeter, milder flavor than red beets. Greens available on request.

 

Baby White Beets- Award-winning "Avalanche" variety with extraordinary sweetness and exceptionally mild flavor (less of that earthy/beety flavor that many people find too strong). Greens available on-request.

 

Carrots- 6"-8" long, thumb width. Everything a carrot should be: sweet, crunchy and colorful.

 

Kale- Red Russian (2"- 4" baby leaves)- an eye-catching heirloom variety with serrated green leaves and purple veins/stems. Has a sweeter flavor than standard green kales, and because we harvest it young, the leaves stay tender.

 

Butter Lettuce Mix- An elegant mix of baby-sized Red and Green Butter + Red and Green Oakleaf Lettuces. Crisp, colorful and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Whole, living heads also available on request.

 

Sweet Crisp Lettuce Mix- A colorful blend of full-sized leaves with the crunch of iceberg and the flavor of romaine. Ideal for salads, sandwiches, wraps, spring rolls and burgers. Equal parts Red and Green Sweet Crisp + Red and Green Incised Lettuces.

 

Breakfast Radishes- 3"-5" long, bright pink tops, amazing peppery flavor.

 

Watermelon Radishes- A show-stopping heirloom daikon, 3"-5" in diameter with crispy pink flesh and a sweet-spicy flavor.
